It was week of firsts… the delectable flâneur followed by the vibrant energy of the colour walk. An opportunity for the most colourful people in London to gather in their fabulous creative finery. An opportunity for connection ~ to meet new future friends, to grow flourishing collaborations and renew older ones in a radiant riot of colour and vibrant energy.
The Colour Walk takes place at Spitalfields Old Market on the third Thursday of every month, a gathering that has quietly become a ritual for the creatively brave, a space where self expression is devotion, where colour becomes language, and individuality is not only welcomed but celebrated in its fullest, most unapologetic form.

There is something transformative about these gatherings, where everyone is welcome, where friendships are quickly formed and stories shared with abandon. Talking with the stunning @alessandrabester1 about her laser pen unique head creations, about the creativity and the time taken to create them, such artistry and dedication. Thank you for the offer to wear one, I cannot wait. And connecting on a deeper level with @nidhi.uppal70 , exploring how freedom and truly being yourself is such an essential ingredient for happiness, for shining your energy outwards into the world. A truly wonderful colour walk day day infused with connection, curiosity and unfolding paths… energy meeting energy in the most unexpected and beautiful ways.

It was such a beautiful moment being invited to step into conversation with the Globallondonfashion podcast crew, talking about fashion, creativity, inspiration, collaboration, bravery and courage, all the things that sit at the heart of ClaraAlive. Thank you for asking me, I truly cannot wait to hear it.
Because the truth is, ClaraAlive itself was born from exactly that, bravery, stepping into the unknown. Taking a Director who has always been behind the camera, shaping the shot, guiding the narrative, and placing her firmly into the spotlight, learning in real time how photography actually works from the other side, how to move, how to feel the lens, how to create something that captures attention and drives PR, it has been a journey. An exciting one, a deeply alive one, yet also a steep learning curve, physically demanding from the very first moment of prep through to that final shot.

And the beginning was not planned, not structured, yet born from the essence of life, aliveness, of being – at one with nature and the earth and people. ClaraAlive was conceived in Colombia, after trekking 60km through the most vibrant, tranquil, rich and alive jungle, four days of heat, humidity. There was a spirituality in that experience, a deep connection that stays with you long after you leave. My dearest friend Jill and I, having already shared our Machu Picchu journey, which truly cemented our friendship, found ourselves on what was meant to be a recovery day, jacuzzis, mimosas, ease… and instead we created.

A business plan poured out of us, ideas, energy, possibility, and by the end of that same day we were already stepping into our first shoot.

That is ClaraAlive. Inspiration arriving without warning, opening doors and demanding to be grown. And I am so grateful to Jill, for her strength, her belief, and her ability to take my concept ideas, my random ramblings, and pull them into something coherent, something tangible, something real.
ClaraAlive’s essence is already captured in the About, so I will not repeat it here, but I will speak to its purpose. To bring this energy, this aliveness, to a wider audience. To enthuse, to motivate, to encourage people to live their dreams and create memories that carry us through the difficult days, and make us want to rise again the next, to live it fully, every moment, every day. And with that in mind, I am so excited to share that I will be launching the charitable arm of ClaraAlive this year, taking this energy beyond inspiration and into impact. Watch this space for more, and come and celebrate with us later in the year…
Truly ClaraAlive, no script, just life ✨🌸💫
